Phone and computer faceplates

An essential product for any cable system is the information outlet. We have adopted the Euromod type product as the main option as this allows the customer more flexibility when it comes to choosing wallplates etc.

The RJ45  is the modern and flexible way to connect many communications devices within a network, this also includes the normal telephone. Having a network that uses a common connector approach gives us flexibility for the future. Each outlet can be either a phone, fax, computer CCTV camera or even in the future the fridge with a barcode reader or, internet based TV, etc.

 

The RJ45 is a modular snap in socket which measures 25x50, and face plates are available to take 2 RJ45 (single gang) as above, or a double gang that will take 4 RJ45’s. Single and double gang relates to the faceplate and mounting box size not the number of RJ45’s

 

The normal faceplate used for communications networks is the CRIS-FP01-00/FP02-00 which is in standard white. Many manufactures have decorative finishes with the relevant cutouts to suit the “euromod” modules as seen throughout our product range.
